Placed outdoors, the color will remain unchanged for four years in direct sunlight. Adhesion: After the test of 100 grids, the adhesion of all kinds of materials is in line with the standard.
Advantages of UV inks
1. No volatile organic compounds
Most UV products contain little or no organic solvents, and will not be damaged by solvents, and will not pollute the human body and the environment.
2. Suitable for non-paper substrates
It can be printed on ordinary substrates or on non-absorbent materials such as film, synthetic paper, metal or plastic.
3. Suitable for instant post-press processing
It cures quickly after being irradiated with ultraviolet light.
4. Use less ink
Because UV ink does not contain solvents, only 1/3~1/2 of the amount of conventional ink can be used to achieve the desired effect.
5. Strong color matching ability
By adjusting the viscosity, hue and brightness of the ink, you can create a wide range of colors, and you can get a variety of colors by mixing two or more basic colors.
6. Opacity is easy to control
Pigments or pigments can be added to the elongated base in standard proportions to achieve the desired brightness.
7. UV ink can be treated with special effects such as ice flowers, refraction, frosting, and wrinkles under certain printing conditions.
